Infogrames hint at a Game Boy Color port of their upcoming Alone in the Dark sequel
According to IGN affiliate FGNOnline, Mediaworks - the developer of Infogrames' Alone in the Dark 4 for the PC, PlayStation and Dreamcast - are currently investigating the possibility of bringing the horror-adventure game to the Game Boy Color.
"AITD 4 will be available on PlayStation, PC, Dreamcast and perhaps N64. We are also thinking about a Game Boy Color version. For the moment it is too early to announce a release date but we can say that the game will be on the shelves before the twenty first century," said a spokesperson for the company.
Alone in the Dark 4 is the fourth (really?) in the series created by Infogrames. The game was arguably the inspiration to the multi-camera engine used in the Resident Evil series from Capcom.
