Codemasters To Develop For Dreamcast

Developers come to Sega's new platform

Codemasters, the funky developers behind such titles as Colin McRae Rally, Toca Touring Cars and Micro Machines, have officially signed on for Dreamcast development.

The quality developers have a number of Dreamcast releases lined up for 2000, many having specific emphasis on Dreamcast's online Internet facilities. Among some of the Dreamcast titles to expect from them is Colin McRae Rally 2, a tooth and nail off-road rally blast that's sure to give Sega Rally 2 a run for its money.

After having spent a while in Sony's camp, it's nice to see these talented folk looking further afield again. Even as we speak, the angels rejoice.
