Virtua Cop 2 Dreamcast Bound

You're finally going to get to use that light gun again as a classic hits Dreamcast

For all you kids whose light guns are sitting around collecting dust, it's time to rejoice as you'll be breaking them out again soon! Virtua Cop 2, the popular arcade shooter, will be making its way to Dreamcast this year. Many have suspected this for a long time, but it's only now been confirmed.

The game is said to be an exact Model 2 port with no frills or additions. It may be lacking any Dreamcast-specific enhancements, but it's debuting for mere pocket money. On March 2, the game will go on sale in Japan for 2,800 yen - approximately £15. With that in mind, it looks like it may just be worth the price of admission. We've yet to pin down an exact UK release date, but we'll let you know as soon as possible.
