| Future Gamer: Issue 42 |
£0.00 |
The current hot game is Zelda Gaiden, and for jolly good reason. It's a semi-sequel to the glorious Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and you can read all the details that have emerged about the game inside this week's issue. You can also find out all about Take 2's swoop for top code-shop DMA and how HEAT.NET is heading our way. Exciting times, eh?
We're constantly looking to improve Future Gamer, both the email magazine and the website, and so we're constantly open to new ideas. If you surf the net regularly and have seen some cool things that we should be running on our website, drop us a line. Similarly, if you're subscribed to other email magazines and think there are some good ideas we can pinch then pass 'em on. Let's make Future Gamer massive.
If you're wondering why there are a couple of regular features missing from this week's FG, it's because we've had a powercut today (Thursday) and haven't had the time to include them. Sorry 'n'all, but these things happen and there's plenty in here to keep you entertained nonetheless.
Until next week, when everything's back to normal, enjoy!

Preview: Soul Calibur (Dreamcast)
If you need convincing that the Dreamcast should be on your shopping list next month then read this preview. Just when you thought Tekken 3 couldn't be topped, here's proof that it most certainly can. |

Review: Shadowman (N64)
With both versions of the game out at the same time, we thought we'd kill two birds with one stone and review 'em both - not in a PC vs N64 stylee, you understand - and we think this novel review's kind of sweet. |

Feature: Game of Life
Ever been a passenger in a car and thought, "If I were playing Driver, I'd..."? Michael Foster has, and here he takes a wry look at how some skills from the big bad world outside your front door could improve your game playing. |
