Eagerly awaited PlayStation driving game drops back
Gran Turismo 2's Japanese street date has been delayed by some two months after Sony ran into licensing problems with some of the game's high profile car manufacturers. Originally set for September 30, the game won't be released until November, and this could drop even further if the licensing problems aren't resolved.
GT2 is perhaps the most eagerly awaited PlayStation title of the year, and it features marques from some of the biggest car manufacturers across the globe. The developers Polyphony had originally included Porsche and Ferrari but later ran into problems regarding damage caused to cars in the game.
However, GT2 will definitely be JogCon compatible, which is good news for those who enjoyed its delights when playing Ridge Racer Type 4.
