Hardware and software at all-time low

Tesco are knocking out PlayStations for £69.99, although it's thought that the machines are being imported from Germany, according to trade paper MCV. Some retailers are matching the price but Curry's are selling them for £64.99, although this is the 'voucher price'. Whatever the heck that means. Dixons are also knocking out PlayStations for £64.99, although the offer ends on September 21.

Woolworths have dropped the prices of all PlayStation games to £29.99 or less. You can pick up recently-released racers Speed Freaks and Wip3out for just £27.99 (it's still a lot though, isn't it?).
