Eidos Announce Tomb Raider for Game Boy Color

Is that a Lara in your pocket?

Eidos have just announced a Game Boy Color Tomb Raider title, scheduled to ship in March 2000. Tomb Raider GBC will feature a whole lot of Lara - she'll be approximately three times the size of a standard Game Boy character and will boast all 2,500 animations from her 32bit incarnation.

Although we haven't seen a screenshot as yet, Eidos' press release implies that Tomb Raider GBC will play like the PC and PlayStation versions, rather than the usual 2D platformer Game Boy cash-ins that we all know and loathe.
