Three New PlayStation2 Titles

Acclaim to "vigorously support" new console

Acclaim Entertainment have announced three new games for PlayStation2 - All-Star Baseball 2002 and two Ferrari licensed titles.

"We will vigorously support the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system with the introduction of new, exciting and high-quality titles during the launch period and ongoing," said Greg Fischbach, Co-Chairman and CEO of Acclaim. "We will launch several new strong brands, such as Ferrari, and introduce Acclaim Sports titles leading with All-Star Baseball 2002."

One Ferrari game will be based on the Ferrari 360 Challenge, a car that was totally developed and conceived for racing. The other title will feature the thrills and innovations of the Ferrari Formula 1 racing team.

Acclaim will announce more specific details on the upcoming games and provide a release schedule over the next few months.
