Phantasy Star Online set for Global Release?

More info from Team Sonic on their upcoming RPG

Speculation is mounting that Team Sonic's forthcoming roleplaying game Phantasy Star Online could get a simultaneous release in Japan, North America and Europe, which would be the first time such a thing has happened in the gaming industry.

To combat the problem of the language barrier (the reason why RPG's in the past have never worked on a global basis), developers are apparently working on a dialogue system using symbols.

It sounds completely bonkers, but who knows, it might just work. We'll keep you posted on this one.
