PC manufacturer to fit 3dfx cards with range
Packard Bell are shipping a selection of their MultiMedia PC line fitted with Voodoo3, the high performance 3D and 2D graphics accelerator from 3dfx Interactive. The MultiMedia line features 30 popular software titles and Internet tools.
A typical configuration, such as the Multimedia 450 V3, will include a Pentium PIII 450 processor, 64Mb RAM, an 8.4Gb hard disk, sound card, speakers, 15 inch monitor and V90 modem as well as the Voodoo3 graphics accelerator. Each system will incorporate a Voodoo3 2000 card as a standard feature.
