Rare Jet Back to the Past for DK64

You know the original Donkey Kong is in DK64, but Rare have another surprise in store for you

We've learned that in addition to the arcade original Donkey Kong being playable in Donkey Kong 64, there's at least one more classic of yesteryear in the 64bit whopper... and this one's a bit closer to Rare's heart.

It's a title called Jet Pac and it originally debuted on the 8bit Spectrum. The Joust-esque shooter, which saw players control a jetpack-equipped astronaut on a quest to rebuild his spaceship, was developed by Rare in 1983.

The good news is that Rare have brought the classic back, completely unchanged, for Donkey Kong 64, and you just need to collect a few bananas to unlock it.
