Hidden & Dangerous

PC classic coming to the Dreamcast

Rockstar Games, a division of Take 2 Interactive, will begin publishing Dreamcast software in the beginning of their second fiscal quarter (that'll be sometime next year then). First up will be Wild Metal, presumably a direct port of last year's PC tank-em-up Wild Metal Country. There are no firm details after this initial release, although Rockstar have hinted at GTA2 and Hidden & Dangerous.

"We are extremely excited to be supporting the Dreamcast system with some of our leading franchises," said Sam Houser, president of Rockstar Games. "With both Wild Metal and GTA2 coming from our wholly-owned DMA Design subsidiary, we feel that we are well established to continue to support the system into the future."

We'd be "extremely excited" too - these PC to Dreamcast ports are a license to print money.
