Fighter Ace II Takes to the Skies

Microsoft let you play free for a month just to get you addicted

Fighter Ace II has gone live on the MSN Zone and is available for download. It's a massively multiplayer World War II flight sim that permits over 300 players to pilot any of 34 planes. Planes are drawn from the German, British, American, Japanese and Russian sides. Gamers hoping to fly the Italian FIAT CR32 should make their own game.

The focus of the game is determined by the arena. For example, in the 'Free for All' arena, each player is out to get as many kills as possible. In the 'Team Based Conquest' arena, each of the five nationalities battles for territory and strategic position. To aid in the launch, the Zone will enable gamers a free month of play. Or click here to download the Fighter Ace II demo.
