Eidos join Man City

Lara Croft is 'mad for it'

Eidos have signed a three-year sponsorship deal with First Division (ooh!) Manchester City. The Eidos logo will appear on City's home and away shirts in August. The club, mainly famous for the fact that Liam and Noel Gallagher support them, will also house a number of PlayStation pods which will no doubt feature Eidos games! Eidos will also sponsor perimeter hoardings.

"Eidos are a modern and progressive company," said Manchester City chairman, David Bernstein. "We believe they will be an ideal partner as we move forward into the next stage of our development".

City's purchase of Ralph Milne and Geoff Thomas could not be confirmed at the time of going to press.
