Bleem! Release Free Update

Emulator team add more than 70 new games, increase speed management and fix bugs

Bleem! today released a new update, Version 1.5, for their much-discussed PlayStation emulator, including several improved features. By clicking on www.bleem.com, owners of the original software can download the update free of charge, said Bleem! officials in a press release today.

According to Bleem! representatives, Bleem! v.1.5 does several things better than the first product. The update improves memory card support with 40 new games, such as WWF Attitude, Dino Crisis, Final Doom, G-Police and Final Fantasy VIII, to join the 250-plus games already supported. Also, the core of Bleem!'s code has been rewritten to play games at a consistency and speed closer to that of the original PlayStation titles. Sound effects and music are also better synchronised.

In addition, the Bleem team have created a new 'Texel Alignment Option' to eliminate faint lines in 3D environments, added emulation support for NegCon and JogCon controllers, plus automatic configuration profiles for other controllers.
