Pure Entertainment announce free games site
London-based developers Pure Entertainment are to offer a selection of PC games free-of-charge on an innovative new website. From May 1, freeloader.com will provide a selection of exclusive titles, as well as an extensive back catalogue of classic games.
"The quality of games Internet users can download from the freeloader.com site is literally as good as you can buy in the shops," said Julian Perry, Head of Marketing for Pure Entertainment. "The playability of the games means that visitors will return to the site for repeated visits so they can download additional levels and new games."
Big hits make for big advertising revenues. So that's how they're going to do it! It will be interesting to see just how good these games actually are.
